Lazareth at Rotronics!

An exceptional vehicle, manufactured in 10 copies in the world, I named the Lazareth LM847 passes today on an AUTOSCAN chassis dynamometer from Rotronics!

A motorcycle of 470 HP and 490 Nm of torque powered by a Maserati V8 which passes on an Autoscan bench! The bench located in Haute Savoie at Digital Prog in Rumilly. It is a motorcycle compatible Autoscan 2 brake bench.

The LM847 LAZARETH is a 4-wheel pendulum motorcycle.
It tilts thanks to a design and specific kinematics of independent suspension.LM847

Braking is therefore provided by two 8 piston calipers, on 420mm diameter perimeter discs. A detail, the brake levers are reversed to improve ergonomics and precision in braking. The mechanism is found inside the handlebars.

LM847 This motorcycle has only one speed. Power is actually transmitted through a torque converter. This will take you from 0 to 150km / h in a few seconds! The two rear oscillating arms are articulated around the axes of the transmission primary. This therefore allows the two chains to transmit the 470 horsepower to have a constant tension.LM847

The wheelbase of 1850 mm and the four wheels in 17 ″ allow the bike to reach its stability from the first kilometer hour. Thus, this is enough to counter the 490 Nm of torque.

For the passage to the bench, we used an Autoscan with motorcycle option: the 2 rear wheels pass on a single roller.

The use of the motorcycle kit allows to disengage a roller on the 4. We thus have inertia to train that is coherent with that of the vehicle.

In addition, the bench operating under the road law, the operation of the vehicle on the bench was identical to that on the road.

For the front support, because there are 2 wheels in the front instead of one, we used the quad kit to fix the bike.
