To keep your dyno in optimal operating condition beyond the warranty period, Rotronics offers maintenance contracts.

The purpose of these contracts is the prioritization of support calls, as well as the following contracts:

Level 1 contract:

  • Free and priority telephone support by remote maintenance, internet connection mandatory (excluding Kronos Lite modification services)
  • Software update

Level 2 contract:

Same as level 1 +

  • Warranty extension (see conditions and applications 2.1.2)
  • PUD201, PUD301
  • GIB101, 201
  • For an AUTOSCAN: providing a belt and ship it within 24 hours, without waiting for payment (belt at preferential price)

Level 3 contract:

Idem Level 2 + An annual preventive maintenance visit on a date imposed by Rotronics which contains:

  • General lubrication (bearings)
  • Checking belt tensions
  • Checking the tightening
  • Dyno calibration
  • Functional test

The subscription of these contracts is in no way obligatory.
Note that in the event of simultaneous request, priority will be given to customers who have subscribed to a maintenance contract.
